We are all about helping fellow cruisers save money, so when we became aware of Princess Cruises Military Cruise Benefit Program, we knew we had to share the details with you!
Princess Cruises provides “the brave men and women of the military” up to $250 in onboard credit (OBC) per passenger (up to $500/stateroom!) when you verify your status online – or via PDF form for Canadian Military applicants.
This is an even richer offer than Shareholder Credit if you and your sailing companion qualify (you can only apply the Shareholder Credit once per stateroom versus the per person credit the Military Cruise Benefit Program provides).
The amount of onboard credit you receive does vary based on the voyage length, as detailed in the table below:

| 7-13 days | $100 |
| 14 days or longer | $250 |
Restrictions
As with any onboard credit, there are some restrictions, terms, and conditions that must be met to qualify. These terms could change, so check out Princess.com for the most current details:
- Valid for US and Canadian military members only
- Eligibility includes active military, retired military, and disabled military veterans
- Maximum of 2 onboard credit offers per stateroom
- Offer is not combinable with other offers
- Not transferable (the person who qualifies for the credit must sail)
- The OBC cannot be used for casino credits or charges
- Application for onboard credit must be received no later than 14 days prior to the cruise
- Not valid for employees, tour conductors, or anyone cruising on reduced rate or complimentary basis
